1. Identification and Payment:                                                                                                                     All room rentals require a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card (school IDs are acceptable). We do not accept room rentals without both forms of identification.

2. Arrival and Check-In:                                                                                                                           Please arrive on time and present your valid photo ID and credit card at reception before your session starts. If you are late by no more than 15 minutes, please call us to make arrangements. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your booking may be canceled, and the security deposit will not be refunded.

3. Room Capacity:                                                                                                                                            Each room has a maximum capacity enforced by crowd control rules. Extra guests will be permitted entry if space allows. If you continually exceed the maximum number of people allocated to your room, you may be asked to leave before your session ends and charged in full for your room bill, including food and drinks.

4. Damage and Conduct:                                                                                                                   Standing on furniture or causing any damage to K-BOX facilities is prohibited. Any damage to equipment or furniture must be paid for on the night, including microphones ($150 each), TVs ($1500 each), speakers ($500 each), and any marks or scratches on leather sofa seating caused by high heels or intentional damage ($3000). A cleaning charge of $150 to $500 may also apply if any unnecessary mess is made by your group.

5. Food and Drink Policy:                                                                                                                               Our staff reserves the right to search bags upon entry. Bringing your own food and drink onto the premises is forbidden. If caught, you will be ejected from the venue immediately and charged in full for the room hire.

6. Deposit:                                                                                                                                                                                    A $50 deposit is required in advance to secure a reservation for private rooms. This deposit may not be refunded if booking rules are broken.

7. Refunds:                                                                                                                                                     Deposits are 100% refundable if you provide 24 hours’ notice before the booking day. Cancellations due to COVID-19 lockdowns will also be 100% refundable.

8. Dress Code:                                                                                                                                                        Our venue has a casual dress code, but sloppy, messy, or smelly attire is not allowed. If you dress inappropriately and disturb others, you may be refused entry, and your paid karaoke room fee will be forfeited and non-refundable.

9. Age Restrictions:                                                                                                                                               All ages are welcome, except in rooms containing alcohol. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from entering these rooms. We reserve the right to refuse entry or stop serving alcohol in the entire room.
